  • Do you offer private sessions?

    Private sessions are offered occasionally and depending on availability and location. Please reach out if you are interested in booking a private session.

  • Can we purchase additional images from our gallery?

    Yes! All sessions have a set amount of digital images included in the session fee. Additional images can be purchased with the option of single images or full gallery.

  • Do you sell prints?

    We do! We work with a professional lab who produces high quality prints. You will have the option to order prints at the time you access your gallery and they will be shipped straight to your home.

  • What is the turnaround time for galleries to be delivered?

    Galleries are delivered 3-4 weeks after your session date. You will receive and email with instructions on how to access and view your gallery.

  • When are the seasonal mini session released?

    Each seasonal mini session are released 6-8 weeks prior to the session. Each seasonal mini session have a limited amount of sessions available and are high demand. It’s recommended to book your seasonal mini session as soon as they become available.

  • Can we split our payment?

    Each session is require a non-refundable retainer in the amount of $50 at the time of booking to hold your selected session, date and time. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to session date. If you would like to split your payment of the remaining balance, please reach let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to work with you!

  • Are pets allowed?

    We love when fur-babies join your session! While we don’t mind having them there, some private locations may not allow them there. Please reach out prior to your session to confirm if you can bring them or not.

  • What happens we are late to our session?

    Every session has a limited time and it’s important to plan accordingly. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Every minute late means less session time for you. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will automatically be canceled.

  • Can we reschedule our session?

    We know that life gets in the way sometime and understand that sometimes we need to reschedule our sessions. If a session is rescheduled 10 days or less prior to your scheduled session, you will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25. Rescheduling are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
