Not at all! At Johanna Ofversten Photography, we strive to be affordable to meet every family's budget and needs. Our pricing for prints and packages are competitive to the larger scale school photography businesses.

The turnaround time varies depending on season and school size. On average it takes 7-10 days for galleries to be delivered.

Prior to Picture day, parents will receive email communication regarding Picture Day and other important information. After Picture Day, parents will receive a personalized link to their child's gallery (if you have multiple children, you will have multiple galleries, all will be accessed with only one link!). Parent will then have 10 days to place their orders. Prints are typically delivered to the school 4-6 weeks after Picture Day. 

Yes, we offer class/group photos, although they will have to be in a classroom setting our outdoor. We do not offer class/group photos with a backdrop. We also offer class composites if the school would rather opt in for that instead of class/group photos.

No. For safety reasons, class photos are only offered for prints. 

Yes and no. Re-takes are offered depending on the size of the school. The school will be notified if they are eligible for re-takes.

Yes. We offer discounts for families who have multiple galleries, although this only applies for those who wish to purchase full digital downloads. Please reach out to ask us about it!

Yes. If you missed the ordering deadline, you can still order photos although they will be subject to direct shipping.

To make things easier for everyone involved, we request parent contact information. This is to ensure everyone receives our communication and information. We only use your contact information to communicate regarding school photos and nothing else. We don't like spam emails!

No. Each student will have their own gallery and you can't build your own package for the same pricing as the packages offered. Each student or sibling gallery are time spent by us working and capturing them. We do however offer "A la Carte" option if you only want a couple of prints from each gallery.

Absolutely! I even offer different backgrounds for both seasons.
